Sports Conditioning

Why do so many amateur athletes invest thousands of dollars in the newest equipment without spending a penny on their conditioning? It never made sense to me. I guess if you only have a few hours a week for your sport, most people just do their sport.

Maybe, but I have found that after age 30, the average athlete starts developing a number of aches and pains that hamper their enjoyment of the game.
  • Lower back pain
  • Neck pain
  • Knee Pain
  • General body stiffness
  • Inability to recover quickly after playing.
  • Loss of power.
